La Pizza Napolitaine

September 10th

A few years ago we passed by this pizza place in Buxy along the Southern Burgundy Bike Route and noticed how great the pizza looked.  We only had time for a drink but returned later for dinner. Today we rode from Buxy down to Cormatin for 20km and viewed the Chateau from afar but returned for a fantastic lunch at Pizzeria de la Gare in Buxy.  The ride was an easy up and down on mostly great surfaces and it appears to be another rail trail.  The pizza was as fantastic as we remembered and had enough left over for dinner.  The leftovers were because Jay spotted a chocolate lava dessert on the menu so we stopped short of eating two entire pizzas.
